If there is an issue with your order—such as receiving the wrong item, a damaged product, or a defective batch—please contact us within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Provide your order number and a clear description of the issue, along with photos if applicable, so we can resolve the problem promptly.

Our team will review your case and, if appropriate, offer a replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion.
